Projecting Management

Kepler helps organizations of all sizes through Project Management processes of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. We ensure that the pre-determined objectives of a project’s scope, quality, time and cost are achieved in a cost efficient and effective manner as possible.

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Research

We have the capacity to work with clients in carrying out these services and in building the knowledge and capacity they require, to effectively manage and sustain their organization and programmes/projects.

We work with clients in developing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) plans, assessing the effectiveness of plans, designing and conducting assessments and evaluations, (baselines surveys, Formative (Mid-term) Summative (final) and impact evaluations), conducting data quality assessments (DQAs).

Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA)

In an attempt to improve the performance capacity of organizations, Kepler conducts OCA to clients and come up with action plans on how to improve performance and sustainability. This assessment helps clients to reflect on their processes and functions as a means of identifying and capitalizing on new resources, and decision-making policies.
